Himalayan Wellness Retreat
Meditation with monks, traditional hot stone baths, Sowa Rigpa medicine and gentle forest walks: a restorative week.
A week designed around rest. Mornings begin with meditation or yoga, days move slowly between forest walks and temple visits, and evenings end in a hot stone bath.
You'll also meet practitioners of Sowa Rigpa, Bhutan's traditional medicine, and take part in a purification ceremony with a lama.
